1. Discussion and possible approval of a draft Rail Corridor Memorandum of Agreement between the IOMC and Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation regarding rail corridor operations and management.
2. Review of and possible approval of a draft Memorandum of Understanding among members of the IOMC and neighboring communities regarding the maintenance and preservation of the 3 pioneer cemeteries at BAAP.
3. Presentation of Badger History Group Strategic Plan for historic preservation - Michael Goc
4. Creation of committees, per OMC By Laws, membership and commissioner participation.
   

1. Review and possible action to approve draft "Grant of Easement" by U.S. General Services Administration and the American Transmission Co.
2. Discussion with WisDOT and WDNR staff about the constructed wetland at Settling Pond #4, proposed to be included as part of the State Highway 78 project.
3. Review and possible action to amend IOMC By Laws regarding committee membership.
