The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to adopt the Agenda Amending item 6 removing the possible resolution.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.
Motion Carried.
Sinklair hands out information regarding Pandemic and the Committee briefly discussed the issue.
Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management’s Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Emergency Management’s Vouchers for October 2009 in the amount of $156.48.
Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for October 2009 in the amount of $1,100.60.

Leo Grill, Family Court Commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner Family Court Counseling’s Monthly Report.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Vouchers for October 2009 in the amount of $1,227.60.
Motion Carried.
James Daniels, Register In Probate appeared to present the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Register In Probate’s Vouchers for October 2009 in the amount of $873.52.
Motion Carried.
Tom Fandry, Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen Sinklair to approve the Child Support’s Vouchers for October 2009 in the amount of $3,493.43.
Motion Carried.
Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.
Committee had a brief discussion regard GAL fees and billing and requested that this subject be placed on Judiciary’s regular December Agenda.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Clerk of Court’s Vouchers for October 2009 in the amount of $25,292.35.
Motion Carried.
Ruth Steinhorst, Office Manager appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the District Attorney’s Vouchers for October 2009 in the amount of $1,116.51.
Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adjourn to December 8, 2009 at 8:15 a.m.
