Montgomery made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Emergency Management's Vouchers for September 2009 in the amount of $596.17. Motion Carried.
Stevens made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Circuit Court's monthly vouchers for September 2009 in the amount of $851.77. Motion Carried
Leo Grill, Family Court Commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner Family Court Counseling's Monthly Report.
Halfen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Family Court Commissioner's Monthly Vouchers for September 2009 in the amount of $600.00. Motion Carried.
James Daniels, Register In Probate appeared to present the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk's Monthly Report.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Register In Probate's Vouchers for September 2009 in the amount of $1,172.52. Motion Carried.
Tom Fandry, Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency's Monthly Report.

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court's Monthly Report.
