Sinklair made a motion, second by Halfen to Amend the Amended Agenda moving Tom Fandry's appearance first to allow him to go to Finance. Motion Carried.
Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Amended Agenda. Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried .
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Resolution for September 2009 Juror Appreciation month. Motion Carried.
Tom Fandry, Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Child Support's Vouchers for August 2009 in the amount of $4,659.53 . Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Circuit Court's Vouchers for August 2009 in the amount of $725.86. Motion Carried.
Leo Grill, Family Court Commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner Family Court Counseling's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Family Court Commissioner's Monthly Vouchers for August 2009 in the amount of $600.00 otion Carried.
Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Clerk of Court's Vouchers for August 2009 in the amount of $30,972.58. Motion Carried.
Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Emergency Management's Vouchers for August 2009 in the amount of $408.64. Motion Carried.
Ruth Steinhorst , Office Manager appeared to present the District Attorney's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the District Attorney's Vouchers for August 2009 in the amount of $2,557.14 . Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Register In Probate's Vouchers for August 2009 in the amount of $1,131.30. Motion Carried.
