PRESENT:   Stevens, Sinklair, Montgomery, Tollaksen, Sprecher, Grill, Daniels, Jelinek, Meister, Fandry and Catterson.

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.

Montgomery made a motion, second by Sinklair to adopt the Agenda.  Motion Carried. 

Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.   Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Resolution Amending the County Role In The Community Development Black Grant-Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (CDBG – HMGP).  Motion Carried.

Leo Grill, Family Court Commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner Family Court Counseling’s Monthly report.

Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly vouchers for April 2009 in the amount of $936.17.  Motion Carried.

Vicki Meister, Clerk of Court appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly report.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Sprecher to approve the Clerk of Court’s vouchers for April 2009 in the amount of $28,522.65.  Motion Carried.

James Daniels, Register In Probate appeared to present the Juvenile Clerk/Register In Probate’s Monthly report.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Register In Probate’s vouchers for April 2009 in the amount of $54.64.  Motion Carried.

Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management’s Monthly report.
 
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Emergency Management’s vouchers for April 2009 in the amount of $10,451.84.   Motion Carried.

Tom Fandry, Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s monthly report.

Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Child Support’s vouchers for April 2009 in the amount of $3,741.55.  Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Circuit Court’s vouchers for April 2009 in the amount of $1,794.58.  Motion Carried.

Jamie Catterson, District Attorney’s Office, appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly report.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the District Attorney’s vouchers for April 2009 in the amount of $905.04.  Motion Carried.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sprecher to adjourn to June 9, 2009 at 8:15 a.m.  Motion Carried.
