Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Agenda. Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion second by Tollaksen to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.
Leo Grill, Family Court Commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner Family Court Counseling’s Monthly report.
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly vouchers for March 2009 in the amount of $675.43. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Circuit Court’s vouchers for March 2009 in the amount of $1,707.18. Motion Carried.
Vicki Meister, Clerk of Court appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly report.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Clerk of Court’s vouchers for March 2009 in the amount of $31,907.18. Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Register In Probate’s vouchers for March 2009 in the amount of $25,763.87. Motion Carried.
Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management’s Monthly report.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Emergency Management’s vouchers for March 2009 in the amount of $11,296.71. Motion Carried.
Tom Fandry, Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s monthly report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Child Support’s vouchers for March 2009 in the amount of $2,997.74. Motion Carried.
Ruth Steinhorst, District Attorney’s Office Manager, appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly report.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the District Attorney’s vouchers for March 2009 in the amount of $1,388.32. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adjourn to May 12, 2009 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
