Sinklair made a motion second by Sprecher to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried .
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the RESOLUTION FOR CRIME VICTIMS RIGHTS WEEK PROCLAMATION and to take it to full County Board on Tuesday, March 17 th . Motion Carried.
Written monthly report submitted by Leo Grill, Family Court Commissioner was discussed.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sprecher to approve the Family Court Commissioner's Monthly vouchers for February 2009 in the amount of $470.00. Motion Carried.
Sprecher made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Circuit Court's vouchers for February 2009 in the amount of $868.81. Motion Carried.
Vicki Meister, Clerk of Court appeared to present the Clerk of Court's Monthly report.
Sinklair made a motion second by Sprecher to approve the Clerk of Court's vouchers for February 2009 in the amount of $34,170.58. Motion Carried.
James Daniels, Register In Probate appeared to present the Register In Probate's monthly report.
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Register In Probate's vouchers for February 2009 in the amount of $25,763.87. Motion Carried.
Tim Steive appeared to present the Emergency Management's Monthly report.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Emergency Management's vouchers for February 2009 in the amount of $756.48 . Motion Carried.
Tom Fandry, Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency's monthly report.
Sprecher made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Child Support's vouchers for February 2009 in the amount of $3,983.87 . Motion Carried.
Ruth Steinhorst, District Attorney's Office Manager, appeared to present the District Attorney's Monthly report.
Sinklair made a motion second by Sprecher to approve the District Attorney's vouchers for February 2009 in the amount of $879.92 . Motion Carried.
Sprecher made a motion, second by Sinklair to adjourn to April 14, 2009 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
