In the absence of Chairman Endres, Vice-chair Bychinski chaired the meeting.

1. Called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Tommy Bychinski. The open meeting law requirements were met.
2. Motion by Hartje, second by Fordham to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
3. No action taken on previous meeting minutes
4. Motion by Hartje, second by Fordham to purchase the additional beds needed, 19 regular and 4 bariatric through Direct Supply. Carried.
5. Motion by Fordham, second by Hartje to adjourn. Motion carried.
