1. Called to order at 11:00 a.m. by Paul Endres. The open meeting law requirements were met.
2. Motion by Fordham, second by Bychinski to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
3. Motion by Fordham, second by Hartje to approve the minutes. Motion carried.

6. Tim Stieve summarized the bids for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment. All bidders bid on the same scope of work which is just the design services for the new building. Representatives from Direct Supply made a brief summary of their proposal. All local vendors will be given the opportunity to bid if they wish.
Motion by Bychinski, second by Hartje to authorize the contract with Direct Supply - Eldercare Interiors for design services for the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment at the new Sauk County Health Care Center. Motion carried.
7. Tim presented the current change order proposals in excess of $10,000 for board approval.
Motion by Hartje, second by Bychinski to accept change order proposal #50 in the amount of $14,977. Motion carried.
Motion by Fordham, second by Hartje to accept change order proposal #53 in the amount of $49,350. Motion carried.
Motion by Bychinski, second by Fordham to accept change order proposal #54 in the amount of $42,379. Motion carried.
Discussion held regarding the bid proposal for construction of the outbuilding. It was decided that more information was needed.
Motion by Bychinski, second by Endres to reject bid proposal #55 from Kraemer Brothers for construction of the outbuilding. Motion carried.
8. Next meeting will be May 28 at 8:00 a.m. in Baraboo in the EMBS Conference Room.
