The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Bychinski at 6:00 PM. Certification of open meeting compliance was given. Motion by Bach to adopt the agenda, second by Fordham. Motion carried.
Presentation of summary budget information.
Chairman Bychinski presented summary budget information. Emphasis was placed on this budget being a base for more difficult budget times to come. Collaboration and cooperation between departments, within functional areas, and among staff and oversight committees was a key to budget preparation.
Questions from Supervisors regarding budget information presented. Debate will not be engaged in at this time.
Various County Board members asked a range of questions.

Motion by Krueger to adjourn the meeting, second by Bach. Motion carried.
