The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Bychinski at 5:50 PM. Certification of open meeting compliance was given. Motion by Bach to adopt the agenda, second by Fordham. Motion carried.
Approval of County Vouchers
Motion by Bach to approve payment of the County invoices in the amount of $78,513.61, second by Krueger. Motion carried.
Consider Extension of Audit Contract
Motion by Fordham, second by Bach, to extend the audit contract with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause LLP for one year (for the audit of financial statements of 2009). At the end of that contract period, the Committee will consider whether to extend the contract for one additional year or request proposals. Motion carried.
Motion by Krueger to adjourn the meeting, second by Wenzel. Motion carried.
