The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 10:05 a.m. The agenda was approved on a motion by Zowin, second by Huffaker, and a unanimous vote of the Committee.

Consideration of a resolution honoring Richard Goddard for years of service. Motion by Zowin, second by Stevens to approve a resolution commending Richard Goddard for years of service.
Motion carried.
