B. Service Statistics & Trends: T. Vandre and L. Roundy presented year-to-date program trends.

A. Consider Possible Advocacy Projects: T. Vandre presented information for Committee discussion.
B. Tony Tychinski, VSO Appearance: ADRC/Veteran Service Officer Partnership to Connect Returning Veterans to Services: T. Vandre and T. Tychinski presented information for Committee discussion.
C. Aging & Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin-North Board Update: J. Pearson and S. Bach presented information from the most recent meeting.
BUSINESS ITEMS:
A. Consider Advisory Committee Member Job Description: Motion by D. Nelson to approve the Advisory Committee Member Job Description, second by T. Hill. Motion carried.
B. Review 2010-2012 State and County Aging Unit Plans: T. Vandre distributed information for Committee discussion.
1) Public Hearing Schedule: Hearing at the ADRC LivingWell Expo, Baraboo Senior High School, Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 9:30 a.m.
C. Review Draft 2010 Budget: L. Roundy distributed draft budget for Committee discussion.
NEXT MEETING: The next Aging & Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee meeting will be Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. with the Transportation Coordination Committee meeting following at 10:30 a.m.
