ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.

    A. John Muszynski, (SP-28-08), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% to stabilize eroded area along the shoreline of Lake Redstone. The property is described as: S1276 Oriole Ct. Lot 24 Oriole addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 23 T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.

    B. Warren Frank, (SP-29-08), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading (as completed) on slopes of more than 20% to repair storm damage that occoured in June. The property is described as: S1110A E. Redstone Dr., lot 1 CSM 2879, part of the NE ¼, SW ¼, section 13 T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.

    C. Bindl Bauer Limestone, (SP-30-08), a special exception permit to authorize the continued operation of a quarry. The property is described as S10969 County Road G, part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, and NW ¼, NE ¼, section 22, T9N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek.

    D. Matt and Karmen Lindner, (SP-31-08), a variance to authorize a porch addition to an existing residence within the minimum road setback. The property is described as: E13390 Grace St., lot 35 of Indian Heights, part of the NW ¼, NW ¼, section 10, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.

    E. Dominic Misasi, (SP-32-08), various variances to permit the structural repair and an addition to a nonconforming cottage. The property is described as: E11618 Lakewood Park Rd., lots 4 & 5 of Lakewood Park, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 14, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
