Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the resolution APPROVING ENTERING INTO A PURCHASE OF SERVICES CONTRACT WITH GRANT COUNTY.

Leo Grill, Court commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner and Family Court Counseling’s monthly report.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly vouchers for November 2008 in the amount of $2,351.00.
Motion Carried.
Tom Fandry, Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s monthly Report.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Child Support’s vouchers for November 2008 in the amount of $4,522.05.
Motion Carried.
Vicki Meister, Clerk of Court appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Sprecher to approve the Clerk of Court’s vouchers for November 2008 in the amount of $32,284.31.

Tim Stieve appeared to present the Emergency Management’s Monthly Report.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Sprecher to approve the Emergency Management’s vouchers for November 2008 in the amount of $3,677.49.

Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Circuit Court’s vouchers for November 2008 in the amount of $1,034.70.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Register In Probate’s vouchers for November 2008 in the amount of $91.43.

Ruth Steinhorst, District Attorney’s Office Manager, appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the District Attorney’s vouchers for November 2008 in the amount of $2,350.46.
