The regular meeting of the Sauk County Continuum of Care Planning Committee was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 6:00 p.m. by Paul Endres.
Members present: Paul Endres, Linda Borleske, Al Dippel, Lowell Haugen, Judy Stoeckman, Scott Alexander, Joan Fordham
Members excused: none
Others present: Kathy Schauf, Media
The agenda was approved on a motion by Borleske, second by Dippel, and a unanimous vote of the Committee. The minutes of the prior meeting were approved with corrections on a motion by Dippel, second by Fordham, and a unanimous vote of the Committee.
None
Letters received from Health Care Center employees were read.
Richland and Columbia County were discussed at length regarding lessons learned etc. The next site visit will be scheduled for Jefferson County on January 30, 2007.
A review was made of the request for proposal for architectural services.
Updates: Nothing new to report.
Meeting adjourned on a motion by Alexander, seconded by Borleske, with a unanimous committee vote.
Next meeting date was set for 6:00 p.m. on January 09, 2006.
