The special meeting of the Sauk County Executive and Legislative Committee was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 9:10 a.m. By Chairman Marty Krueger.
Members present: Marty Krueger, Don Stevens, Judy Ashford, Joan Fordham, William Wenzel
Members excused:
Others present: Kathy Schauf, Dale Jaedike, Media
The agenda was approved on a motion by Fordham, second by Wenzel, and a unanimous vote of the Committee. The minutes of the prior meeting were approved with corrections on a motion by Fordham, second by Ashford, and a unanimous vote of the Committee.
Lowell Haugen submitted comments for consideration.
None
Consideration and discussion of county structure.
Committee began looking at immediate structure needs with the
dissolution of the Communications Infrastructure Committee.
There was a brief discussion on procedure indicating that deliberations would be held in open public meetings and communicated to affected stakeholders for input as appropriate.
Assignment: Committee members will bring recommendations for change in structure to the next meeting.
Meeting adjourned on a motion by Ashford, seconded by Fordham, with a unanimous committee vote.
Next meeting date was set for 9:00 a.m. on January 19, 2007.
