Sinklair made a motion second by Fordham to approve the Court Commissioner’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $2,785.00 for November 2005.

Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Child Support’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $3,792.94 for November 2005.

Fordham made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Clerk of Court’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $35,477.16 for November 2005.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Register In
Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount
of $2,073.02 for November 2005.

Fordham made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the District Attorney’s
Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $2,497.08 for November 2005.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Circuit Court’s
vouchers in the amount of $792.12 for November 2005.

Sinklair made a motion, second by Fordham to adjourn to January
12, 2006 at 8:15 a.m. in the Branch II Jury Room.
