  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Donald & Judith Himmel, (SP-46-04). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant s. 8.05(1)(b)3 to authorize the construction of a stairway to the shore within the minimum side yard setback. The property is located in the Shoreland District, on real estate described as: E4652 E. Redstone Dr., lot 4 CSM 2752, part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 24, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-1005.
    2. The Kraemer Co. and Weldon & Phyllis Polk, (SP-47-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)19, to authorize the continued operation of a mineral extraction site. The property is located in the Agricultural District and described as: S ½, NW ¼, SW ¼, and part of the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 17 and NE ¼, SE ¼, SE ¼, section 18, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, tax parcel 044-0379, 0352-1 and 0353.
    3. John Oliver, Immgen Inc., (SP-48-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.09(2)(b)8 to authorize the continued use of an ethanol plant under new operators. The property is in the Resource Conservancy District-35 on real estate described as: part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 25, T19N, R3E, Town of Spring Green, tax parcel 032-1099 and 1101-1.
    4. Roger & Karen Foster and Hilman & Judy Schroeder, (James Foster agent), (SP-49-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.05B(2)(b)2 to authorize the location of a new licensed game farm. This property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District on real estate described as: part of the S ½, NE ¼, & N ½, SE ¼, & SW ¼, SE ¼, section 17, T9N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac, tax parcels 028-0389, 0414, 0416, 0428, 0429 & 0430.
    5. James & Pamela Curly, (SP-50-04). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to s. 7.10(3)(e) to authorize the construction of a storage shed, within the minimum rear yard setback. This property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-35 on real estate described as: E7107A Freedom Rd., part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 35, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom, tax parcel 016-0753.
    6. Steven Blakeslee, (SP-45-04). The applicant is requesting special exception permits pursuant to s. 7.05(2)(k)2 and 7.05(2)(k)20, to authorize a contractor's storage yard and an agricultural related business. The property is located in the Agricultural District, on real estate described as: lot 2 CSM 3336, part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 7, T12N, R5E, Town of Excelsior, tax parcel 010-0229-1.
