ORDER OF BUSINESS:

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.

  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Sally Glorch, (SP-43-04). The applicant is requesting a special exception pursuant to s. 7.10(2)(b)4, to authorize the excavation and expansion of an existing pond within 300 feet of a property line. The property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-35, on real estate described as: SE ¼, SW ¼, section 8, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0233-10000.
    2. Robert & Nancy Lee, (SP-44-04). The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant s. 7.10(3)(e) to authorize a change of lot line that will have a existing garage within 75 feet of a rear lot line. The property is located in the Resource Conservancy District-35, on real estate described as: part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 9, T11N, R7E, Town of Greenfield, tax parcel 018-0294. C. SWS, LLC, James Jones, (SP-45-04). The applicant is requesting two variances pursuant to s.8.06(2)(c) and 8.06(2)(d)3 to authorize the construction of retaining walls using man-made materials and the construction of a boathouse on slopes in excess of 20%. The property is located in the Shoreland District and described as: lot 15 Lakeview Estates, part of SW ¼, NE ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1287.
  7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
