    1. Distribution and brief discussion regarding proposed PUD changes to Chapters 7 and 22 that would allow for clustering and conservation subdivisions.
    2. Discussion and possible action by Agency to allow Mr. Pelton to begin work on constructing new road in subdivision while remaining issues are resolved with the Final Plat.
    3. Review and approval of vouchers.
  7. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).
    1. Petition # 21-2004 & 22-2004 - A petition for approval of a development plan and preliminary plat for a subdivision referred to as Delton Woods in the Town of Delton by Peter Kolar, S5217 Kohlmeyer Road, North Freedom, WI 54591. The proposed subdivision is inclusive of 61 lots for single family residences and also includes additional outlots to be utilized as green space.
    2. Petition # 24-2004 - A request to approve the Town of Honey Creek's Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Wisconsin's Comprehensive Planning Legislation and more specifically defined in Section 66.1001 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Following a public hearing held by the Town of Honey Creek Town Board, the Town Board of the Town of Honey Creek did pass an Ordinance adopting the Town of Honey Creek Comprehensive Plan on August 10, 2004 at their regularly scheduled Town Board meeting.
    3. Petition # 25-2004 - A request to approve the Town of Reedsburg's Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Wisconsin's Comprehensive Planning Legislation and more specifically defined in Section 66.1001 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Following a public hearing held by the Town of Reedsburg Town Board, the Town Board of the Town of Reedsburg did pass an Ordinance adopting the Town of Reedsburg Comprehensive Plan on September 13, 2004 at their regularly scheduled Town Board meeting.
