- Discussion and action approving 2005 Departmental Budgets including P&Z, BOA, and Baraboo Range. (postponed from August 24th meeting due to time constraints)
- Discussion and action regarding Resolution approving an amendment to the Town of Delton Zoning Ordinance relating to reducing the required setback for farm buildings, ornamental structures, communication towers and other structures not used for human habitation contained within Section 2.17 of the Town of Delton Zoning Ordinance.
- Discussion and action on Resolution approving a rezone request in the Town of Delton on lands identified as Lot 1 CSM 1643, located in the SW1/4 of the NW1/4, Section 3, T12N, R6E, Town of Delton, Sauk County from an Agricultural Zoning District to a Commercial Zoning District, under the Town of Delton's zoning authority.
- Discussion and possible approval of staff request for two to attend the WCCA fall conference in Green Bay from October 20-22.
