    3. Discussion and action regarding approval of rezone from Ag to Single Family by Peter Kolar, S5217 Kohlmeyer Road, North Freedom, 53951 for the purpose of developing a 61 lot subdivision in S1/2 of Section 8, T12N, R6E of the Town of Delton.
    4. Appearance by Richard Grant, Town Chair of Merrimac regarding Esguerra property and permit issue. Consider possible action and/or direction to staff regarding permit and/or amendment to the shoreline ordinance.
    5. Further discussion regarding the Sauk County Preservation Program. Staff will be requesting direction from the Committee on what direction should be taken with regard to the program.
    6. Discussion and action on three separate resolutions for the Baraboo Range Protection Program for purchase of development rights from John and Ann Effinger Living Trust (90 acres) in the Town of Merrimac, Wayne, David, Sr., and Margaret Hatz (41 acres) in the Town of Freedom, and George and Patricia Hackett (32 acres) in the Town of Sumpter.
    7. Review and possible action approving Departmental Mission, Vision, Goals and Performance Measures for 2005 Budget (Form 1).
    8. Discussion regarding ongoing departmental projects, specifically including a status update on the drafting of ordinance revisions to permit the use of PUD's throughout all of Sauk County for conservation subdivisions and clusters.
