Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinclair to approve the Minutes of the previous meeting.

Fordham made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Circuit Court's Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $1,893.89 for November 2004.
Motion carried.
Sinclair made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Court Commissioner's Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $860.86 for November 2004.
Motion carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Fordham to approve the Child Support's Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $4,616.67 for November 2004.
Motion carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Resolution Opposing the State Department of Workforce Development/Bureau of Child Support Budget Proposal to Reduce County Share of Federal Child Support Enforcement Performance Dollars and to take it to the full County Board on the 21st.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Fordham to approve the Clerk of Court's Monthly Vouchers for November 2004.
Motion carried.
Fordham made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Clerk of Court's Monthly Vouchers in the amount of $30,769.44 for November 2004.

Fordham made a motion second by Sinclair to approve the District Attorney & Victim Witness' Monthly Report and Vouchers in the amount of $2,668.62 for November 2004.
Carlson made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adjourn to January 13, 2005 at 8:15 a.m. in the Branch II Jury Room.
