Members Present: Sprecher, Endres, and Hartje.
Members Absent: Montgomery and Wenzel.

The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chair Sprecher at 5:50 P.M. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
Committee members reviewed a copy of Resolution #132-04, honoring Les Armbrust, for many years of faithful service to the people of Sauk County. Motion by Hartje, seconded by Endres to approve forwarding the resolution to the County Board for consideration. Motion carried.
Motion by Endres, seconded by Hartje to adjourn. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:53 P.M.
