Moved (Meister/Dippel). Michelle Koehler, Personnel Director, regarding pay grade steps. Discussion regarding inclusion of job descriptions. Captain Mike Hafemann, read an updated job description for this position.

Motion (Kriegl/Gaalswyk), to amend to postpone resolution for one month to include updated job description.

Motion (Endres/Gaalswyk), to amend the motion to amend, to approve the resolution as is and add "contingent upon job description approval @ the January 18, 2005 County Board Meeting." Todd Liebman, Corporation Counsel ruled this motion not germane.
