Discussion regarding inclusions in analysis and assessment study; clarifying the Health Care Center Committee members unanimously approved this resolution to forward to the full Board; use of Contingency Fund; and question of receipt of a report on personnel issues at the Health Care Center.

Motion (Kriegl/Stoeckmann), to add: "Be it further resolved that any major proposal requiring a substantial capital investment include as projection of daily cost per bed and patient analysis, and a staff/patient ratio analysis." Resolution No. 168-03 Authorizing Purchase of a Clear Span Bridge at Redstone County Park. Motion (Sprecher/Netzinger). Supervisor Hartje clarified placement of bridge is a safety factor, which will be used for snowmobile and foot traffic. Supervisor Stevens stated bridge is funded by the snowmobile expense account, and grant funds. Discussion clarified increased revenue is included in the 2004 budget, and increase is for admission fees only.
