COVID-19 Vaccination Sites 

COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective, and widely available. Everyone 6 months and older is recommended to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. You do not need an ID or insurance to get a vaccine.

What You Need to Know

 

  • Everyone aged 5 years and older should get 1 dose of an updated COVID-19 vaccine to be considered up to date.
  • People aged 65 years and older may get a 2nd updated Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 booster dose.
  • People who are moderately or severely immunocompromised may get additional doses of an updated COVID-19 vaccine.
  • Children aged 6 months–4 years need multiple doses of COVID-19 vaccines to be up to date, including at least 1 dose of an updated COVID-19 vaccine.
  • COVID-19 vaccine recommendations will be updated as needed.

  • Individuals with general COVID-19 vaccine questions, including finding a local vaccinator and answering medical questions, can call 844-684-1064 (toll-free) for personal assistance with their vaccine-related questions. 

 

Need a Ride to Get Vaccinated?

  • The ADRC is now offering FREE transportation for those who are over the age of 60 and homebound as well as for individuals who are disabled and over the age of 18. If you need a ride, please call (608) 355-4452, Monday thru Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
    • Please Note: If you are enrolled in a Long Term Care Program or other Medicaid program, please consult with your care manager before calling the ADRC.
