Esri will provide up to 20 hours of consulting services to assist Sauk with an in-place upgrade of ArcGIS Enterprise from version 11.3.1 to 12.1 or newer version. It is anticipated that consulting services will include the following topics:
• Planning for the ArcGIS Enterprise upgrade
• Support the in-place ArcGIS Enterprise upgrade consisting of a base deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Image Server.
This activity will be supported remotely from Esri’s offices. The Esri consultant(s) will work with direction from Sauk’s technical staff and management.
