Tips and Notes on Site Usage

• This site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024x768 and 16 bit color or greater. For those of you who use a lower screen resolution
  (i.e. 800x600 or 640x480) there may be some anomalies.
  Site is best viewed (and tested) using the following preferred browsers:
  • Internet Explorer 5.0+
  • Mozilla (Firebird) 0.6.0+
  • Mozilla (Seamonkey)1.5(RC1)+
  • Netscape 6.0+
  • Opera 7.11+ (has minor display issues - page margins...)
  The following Browsers will display the site but with significant issues:
  • Internet Explorer 4.01 has minor display issues

  • Netscape 4.5 - 4.7(limited cascading style sheet support )

  JavaScript (for pop-up menus), Cookies (for alternate style sheets) enabled, as well as Cascading Style Sheet 1.0 support (for printer friendly option...; CSS 2.0 for Cursor Support;).
• We have implemented Hot Keys / 'Accessibility Options' for your convenience. To fully utilize the Larger Font Size option you will need to have cookies enabled.
• New site Content/Changes and Sauk County News will be posted in the center of the main page under the yellowish headings.
• Property Tax Information (Soaring)
  Requires IE 6.0 or Netscape 6.2 or greater.
  Accessible via the Land Services drop down box on the main page,
  in the Quick Links bar, or the Quick Links menu in the Nav bar to the right on the main page, or through the Treasurer's Department.
