Septic Systems

If you are applying for a Septic permit, you will not only need the Land Use/Sanitary application, but the Sanitary Application (PLB67) as well.  The PLB67 must be filled out and signed by your plumber.  The Land Use/Sanitary application must be signed by the owner.
