c.       Approve Final Billing for the Delton Dam Rehabilitation Project.

a.       Review and Approval of Vouchers.

b.      Approve WisDOT 2012 Discretionary Traffic Maintenance Agreement.

c.       Discuss Construction Equipment Purchases for 2012.
