Welcome to the Sauk County Housing Authority. This site is intended to acquaint you with the housing programs offered through the Housing Authority and provide applications for these programs which you may print, then complete and mail in.

The Sauk County Housing Authority was created in 1972 by the Sauk County Supervisors with the mission of providing safe, decent and affordable housing for the low income residents of Sauk County. In accomplishment of that mission, the Sauk County Housing Authority currently has four programs to assist low income residents.

  1. The HUD Housing Choice Voucher Program
  2. Public Housing
  3. Tax Credit Multi-Family Housing
  4. Rural Development Elderly/Handicapped/Disabled Housing

All programs are administered in accordance with the approved administrative plan, which is available for inspection at the authority office during normal business hours.
