ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.

2. Approval of agenda.

3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.

4. Communications.

5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.

A. The Kraemer Company. LLC, (SP-02-12), a special exception permit to authorize the continued operation of a quarry. This property is located in the Agricultural District, described as: part of the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 15, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 21 and part of the NW ¼, section 22, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom.

B. Joe & Linda Ford, (SP-03-12), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of a navigable waterway during the construction of two ponds. The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural District, described as: part of the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 7, T11N, R4E, Town of Westfield.

C. Ray Zobel & Sons, Inc., (SP-04-12), the renewal of a special exception permit to authorize the continued operation of a quarry. The property is located in the Agricultural District, described as: part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, and part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 9, T13N R3E, Town of La Valle.

6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.

7. Adjournment.
