Possible reconvening from Board of Canvassers meeting on Monday, April 9, 2012 to Tuesday, April 10, 2012 @ 9:00 a.m. to canvass and count outstanding late absentee & provisional ballot/s. Meeting will not be held if required document(s) are not provided by the deadline of 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2012.

1. Call to order and certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law.

2. Canvass/count outstanding late absentee & provisional ballot/s cast at the April 3, 2012 Spring Election & Presidential Preference Vote.

3. Adjournment.
