Pay Online Clerk of Court Fees/Fines

Pay fees, fines, and forfeitures with your credit card or debit card. A convenience fee will be added to the transaction cost. (see link below)

Fees in Collections

If your fine has been turned into a collection agency, you must pay them directly.

Fines/Fees:

To pay your Sauk County court related fee or fine you will need to know the case number and the amount. If you need your case information you can go to Wisconsin Courts (see link below). You will also need to have credit card information available.

Paying Administrative Costs:

Record or search requests can be processed via the online payment system. To make a record request you must first call our office at (608) 355-3287 to make arrangements for the transfer of documents. Copies of court documents are $1.25 per page. Fees for faxing are $5.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page (plus tax).
