Yes.  Simply log on to:  www.socialsecurity.gov/applyfordisability/ for information about applying online.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is not possible to apply online for SSI benefits.

Can I talk with a Disability Benefit Specialist in Sauk County?

Yes.  You can call the Aging & Disability Resource Center at 355-3289 or 1-800-482-3710 and talk with an Aging & Disability Specialist who will gather information regarding your concerns.  If Disability Benefit Specialist servcies are warranted in your situation, you will be referred to the Disability Benefit Specialist.  After this referral, the Disability Benefit Specialist will contact you to discuss your case.
