Tele-Assure is a program for any Sauk County resident 60 years of age or older who feels they would benefit from daily telephone contact to ensure their well-being.

Home: Safe & Sound

Home:Safe & Sound is a program designed to assist Sauk County older adults and adults with disabilities by providing minor home repairs allowing them to safely remain at home.  The homeowner will provide the materials needed for these repairs while the Aging & Disability Resource Center will try to find a volunteer with the skills needed to complete the repairs.

A Helping Hand at Home

The ADRC offers "A Helping Hand at Home" worker referral list to Sauk County residents and their families who request household help for indoor chores, outdoor chores, and respice care.  Criminal background checks are conducted and references are checked at the time of application.  The workers included on the "A Helping Hand at Home" list are NOT employed nor supervised by the ADRC.
