A quorum of the Sauk County Executive & Legislative Committee will be present at this meeting due to three supervisors serving on both committees.

      a. Consider approval of travel in excess of 300 miles for two Human Services staff to attend CMHC National User Group conference.
      b. Consider approval of travel in excess of 300 miles to Longmont, Colorado, for National Sheriff’s Institute.
      c. Consider approval of travel in excess of 300 miles to Atlantic City, New Jersey for National County Veterans Service Officer conference.
      d. Consider approval of travel in excess of 300 miles to New Orleans, Louisiana for National Alliance for Information and Referral Systems conference.
      e. Presentation of quarterly accounts receivable reports as of December 31, 2011.
      f. Consideration of resolution Amending the 2012 Budget to Appropriate $90,259 Pursuant to an Intergovernmental Agreement Between Sauk County, Wisconsin and the Ho-Chunk Nation.
      g. Review of 2013 budget process and timeline.
      h. Presentation of County financial reports.

7. Treasurer’s Department Update.
      a. Consider resolution Designating County Depositories; Establishing Investment and Related Financial Procedures.
      b. Monthly report.
      c. Review and approval of invoices.

8. Accounting Department Update.
      a. Monthly report.
      b. Review and approval of invoices: Accounting Department and the entire County.
